Birth Report

-    Report the date of birth, number of offspring, and sex of the offspring via www.icrpedigree.com website.

-    Submit documentation in the form of a photo showing the mother nursing her offspring via www.icrpedigree.com website.

-    The deadline for reporting the birth is 75 days from the date the mating was reported.

-    ICR reserves the right to reject a birth submission if the report is made after the established deadline.

Application for Puppy Pedigree Registration

-    Date of birth of offspring (DOB)

-    Photo of puppy

-    Name of puppy

-    Name of sire and male

-    Kennel name

-    Owner name

-    Owner's address

-    Submission of puppy registration is made when the puppy is no less than 45 days old.

-    The deadline for submitting child registration is 100 days from the date of birth reporting.

-    If the registration application is submitted after the designated deadline (100 days from the birth report), the offspring will be considered "first generation" and will not possess a recorded pedigree (F1); all applications must be submitted via www.icrpedigree.com website.

NOTE: All ICR members are required to comply with the established terms and conditions; ICR reserves the right to cancel an application if any of the aforementioned requirements are not met.

Application for the New Model Pedigree Certificate

The Indonesian Canine Registry is introducing a new pedigree certificate design effective August 12, 2023; this new design features a more streamlined format and an elegant appearance. To obtain the new pedigree certificate, members may send their existing certificates (the white version) to the following address:
